LaRosa's Pizza Fairfield

Don't trust them. I placed an order through their mobile app and they double charged me for it. When I contacted them about it, they refused to take action to correct the double charges, insisting instead that I had to contact my bank to dispute it in order to get my money back. Considering that this is supposed to be some kind of community-focused business, this is extremely poor customer service and an extremely poor business position to take.

Had a carryout pizza at this LaRosa's location on Sunday, 11/12/23. We were very disappointed in the pizza. There was too much of everything, too much sauce, too much mushrooms and too much jalapeño. We did not order any extra's. My wife could not eat it. I called the 347-1111 center to complain and they were nice about it and gave me a $10 credit. I insisted that I didn't want a refund, but I only complained so that they would do a better job next time. I'm only writing this review because the supervisor at the LaRosa's call center came across as if she only wanted to get me off the phone and the store manager would never hear me compliant. I like this location, it's close to my house and I want to trust them enough to come back. Update: I immediately heard from the GM of Fairfield LaRosa's which means they really care about their customers - I really appreciate their concern. I look forward to returning to this store for dinner. I raise my rating from a 3 star to a 4.

The food at this location has gone down hill. Provided them 5 different times for them to redeem themselves and it got worse each time. On the order we got today we got the wrong crust, was undercooked and looked as if a toddler cut all the pieces. Sad to say, as LaRosas been a family favorite but it has came to the point where the quality has slipped so bad, we will be looking to other places.
